Staples® Eagles All Access Sweepstakes Official Rules
1. NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN THIS SWEEPSTAKES. LIMIT ONE ENTRY PER DAY. Open to U.S. residents who are Staples Rewards(sm) members whose complete application has been accepted and processed and who are in good standing or whose enrollment into Staples Rewards is processed during the sweepstakes promotional period and are 21 years of age or older or are U.S. corporations in good standing at time of entry who live or have its principal place of business no more than 75 miles from Lincoln Financial Field. Void where prohibited.
2. ENTRY. “The Staples® Eagles All Access” Sweepstakes begins at 12:01 a.m. Eastern Time (ET) on September 10, 2006 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. (ET) on Saturday January 6, 2007 (Promotional Period). Two (2) ways to enter: (1) To enter in store: You will be automatically entered for each specific day during the Promotional Period when you make your first purchase of the featured HP or Staples Own brand product of the week in a Philadelphia-area store that specific day and provide your Staples Rewards card or customer number when you pay in a Staples® store during the Promotional Period. (2) To enter by mail: Print your name, company name, Staples Rewards customer number, address, daytime phone and email address on a 3.5" x 5" card and mail to: The STAPLES® Eagles All Access Sweepstakes, P.O. Box 9254, Framingham, MA 01701-9254. Mail-in entries must be postmarked on or before 1/6/07 and received by 5:00 p.m. ET on 1/12/07. Limit one entry per person per day for methods 1 and 2. Each mail-in entry must be mailed separately. No mechanical reproductions or facsimiles of postcard entries will be accepted. Staples the Office Superstore, LLC (“Sponsor”), the Philadelphia Eagles, LCC and Eagles Stadium Operator are not responsible for lost, interrupted or unavailable network server or other connection, miscommunications, failed phone, computer or telephone transmissions, or technical failure, jumbled, scrambled, or misdirected transmissions, or late, lost, illegible, incomplete, damaged, destroyed, delayed, misdirected, or postage-due mail or other error of any kind whether human, mechanical or electronic. CAUTION: Any attempt by an entrant to deliberately damage any Web site or undermine the legitimate operations of the Sweepstakes is a violation of the criminal and civil laws. Should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such entrant to the fullest extent permitted by law and to disqualify such entrant from the Sweepstakes. In the event the Sweepstakes is compromised by virus, bug, unauthorized human intervention, or other causes beyond the control of Sponsor the Philadelphia Eagles, LLC or Eagles Stadium Operator; which corrupts or impairs the administration, security, fairness or proper play of the Sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to suspend or terminate the Sweepstakes.
3. DRAWING. A total of sixteen (16) Grand Prize Winners will be selected. Winners will be selected in random drawings from all eligible entries. Entries to be included in each drawing are as follows:

Winners will be drawn at random and all decisions shall be final and binding. Winners will be notified by telephone and confirmed by email through Staples Sports Marketing department. If selected winners cannot be reached by phone within 24 hours of first attempt to notify such winners, an alternate winner may be selected. Odds of winning depend on number of eligible entries received. Prizes are not redeemable for cash. A PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE ONE’S CHANCE OF WINNING.
4. PRIZES. Grand Prize Winners will receive the following prize package: Opportunity to shadow an Eagles employee on a day to be determined in the spring of 2007 (“Prize Day”), __________. Approximate retail value of Grand Prize package is $108. If Grand Prize Winner cannot attend the Prize Day, an alternate winner will be chosen. Any expenses not specified herein are the sole responsibility of the Winners. Winners are solely responsible for all applicable taxes in connection with prize. All federal, state, local laws and regulations apply. No prize or cash substitutes allowed, except at Sponsor’s or the Philadelphia Eagles’ sole discretion due to prize unavailability for any reason, and only then for a prize of comparable value. Prizes (or any portion thereof) may not be sold, transferred or given to a third party.
5. ELIGIBILITY. Employees/Agents (and their respective family members) of any of the following organizations are ineligible to participate or win a prize: Staples, Inc.; The Philadelphia Eagles, LCC; Eagles Stadium Operator; The National Football League and each of their respective subsidiaries, parent organizations, affiliates, governors, officers, directors, agents, employees, subsidiaries, or service agencies [or independent contractors] (collectively “Sweepstakes Entities”).
6. CONDITIONS. Only complete entry forms and purchases made at Staples stores during the sweepstakes period with a valid Staples Rewards card or customer number are eligible. Once submitted, entries are the sole property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. Winners must be available on date (“Prize Day”) selected by the Philadelphia Eagles or the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected from eligible entries for such region. Except where prohibited by law, Winners will be required to sign (within 24 hours of telephone notification) an Affidavit of Eligibility, Compliance and Release Form (“AECR Form”) certifying eligibility and compliance with these rules, agreement to hold Sponsor; The Philadelphia Eagles, LLC; Eagles Stadium Operator; and Sweepstakes Entities harmless from any liability arising out of use/acceptance of prize and, except where prohibited by law, authorizing the use of their name, photograph and likeness for advertising and publicity in any media now known or hereafter created for no additional consideration. Noncompliance within this time will result in disqualification and forfeiture of prize. An alternate winner will be selected by a random drawing. By participating, entrants, on behalf of themselves and their guests agree to release, hold harmless and indemnify Sponsor; The Philadelphia Eagles, LLC; Eagles Stadium Operator; and Sweepstakes Entities, against any and all liability, damages, claims or causes of actions of any kind (however named or described) resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from participation in the Sweepstakes; from acceptance, possession, misuse or use of any prize; from participation in any prize-related activity or any travel related thereto which may be sustained in connection with the receipt, ownership or use of the prize, or any typographical or other error in the Official Rules or the offering and announcement of prizes. If for any reason the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned, including fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of the Sweepstakes Entities which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes, Sweepstakes Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who is responsible or who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, modify or terminate the Sweepstakes. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by the decisions of the judges and the official rules. Winners, on behalf of themselves and their guests, agree to hold harmless and indemnify the Sweepstake Entities against any and all liability, damages or causes of action (however named or described), with respect to or arising out of entrant’s participation in the promotion or the receipt or use/misuse of the prizes awarded herein. These parties shall have no liability or responsibility whatsoever for lost, late, misdirected, destroyed, damaged, incomplete, illegible, postage-due mail entries, or other technical errors of any kind. These parties, their respective affiliates and subsidiaries, advertising/promotional agencies, and each of their directors, officers, employees, agents, successors and assigns have no liability or responsibility for any personal injuries, losses or damages of any kind resulting from participation in the Sweepstakes, acceptance, possession or use/misuse of any prize. Sweepstakes Entities other than Sponsor have not offered or sponsored this Sweepstakes in any way.
